EDICOM supplies software for management with EDI messages of different formats. The software works, creates and checks messages with formats:

  • UN/EDIFACT – international norm for EDI
  •  EANCOM – subset of norm EDIFACT used by EAN
  • ODETTE – norm used in automotive industry
  • VDA - norm used in automotive industry
  • ANSI X12 – norm for EDI used in USA

    •  EDI software provide this basic functions:

  • Conversion of EDI messages from/to TXT, DBF, XML, XLS, IDOC and others similar formats.
  • Conversion of EDI messages from/to SQL Server, or using interface ODBC from/to other types of tables and databases.
  • - It is possible to show EDI messages directly like print preview, print or fax the document. User can define layout of the document.
  • Archiving EDI messages for possible future audit or back finding old information. 
  • Security of EDI messages using electronic signature and sending ciphered messages.
  • Deciphering incoming messages, checking the signature and sending confirmation messages with hash codes.
  • Automatic sending different types of confirmation messages.
  • Creating log files with information about sending and receiving messages.
  • Creating forms for filling data in EDI message.
  • Automatic creation of error EDI messages and their sending to email or SMS.
  •  Software works with all types and releases of messages according international norms.

    • All application works with all versions of Windows. System requirements are minimal. A space for messages must be proportional to amount of data exchange. We supply also version for LINUX or UNIX.

    Basic version of software packages are:

  • EDI Pack – basic client version for work with EDI messages.
  • EDI Server – server version, process works on background like a service. The process is all automated.  The process sends and receives EDI messages, sends email messages in case of error. Logs all process.
  • EDI Studio – Complete development environment for EDI solutions. A user becomes independent on supplier after short training.
  • EDI Work Flow – Managing not only EDI processes.
  • AS2 Communicator – Secure signed and encrypted communicator.
  • VAN services – VAN Operator Services. We provide connectivity across various public and private networks, including conversions and other custom features..
